The Executive Branch

Compelling Question:
Does the Constitution Protect Me?

This unit focuses on the executive branch - the President of the United States, the Vice President, the Cabinet, and the various agencies and departments that all work together to implement the laws passed by Congress. You will learn the various duties of the President and analyze how these duties are being carried out by the current administration. You will also understand how the millions of federal workers both work for and sometimes work at odds with the goals of the President.
